2. Information about FiluFilu

FiluFilu.com is the official website of FiluFilu, a leather bag artisan maker which is entirely based in Italy. On the site, the User can find information about the brand and buy products online.

In order to use the Service or any part of it, Users do not need to register or login in, they accept indeed the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions in full. 

In order to make orders through the Website, Users will need to provide a set of data before signing through the purchase form and that will be necessary to manage the purchase order.

 

3. Purchase

 

3.1 Price and Payment Methods

Once the form data is completed, the User will have to pay the order through the payment methods specified on the Website.

After the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email of the order, which will give you a list of the purchased items, the shipping order and the destination address.

If there is a problem preventing you from completing your payment, you will receive an automatic error message and your order will not be submitted until the payment process is successfully completed.

The prices of the services are expressed in Euro (€), including taxes and handling and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated upon the final confirmation of each order.

 

3.2 Info about products

The data entered on the Website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic representations or iconographic or video representations, as well as trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind, have a purely informative function. FiluFilu, therefore, disclaims all responsibility for the occurrence of errors in such information, although it undertakes, after having been informed of it, to take all the measures in its possession to correct such mistakes or omissions as soon as possible.

 

4. Returns and right of renunciation

4.1 Returns for manufacturing defects

You may return to FiluFilu at no cost any product that has a factory defect. In order to formalize the return, you must contact FiluFilu at info@filufilu.com, indicating the product or the products you want to return, attaching a photograph and a detailed report of the defects appearing in the same. Upon receipt of such notice, FiluFilu will indicate to the User, as appropriate, the manner of withdrawal or ship the defective items to its Store, without any cost to the User. Each product to be returned must not have been used and must present all the labels, packaging and any relevant documentation and accessories that come with it. Otherwise, FiluFilu reserves the right to refuse the return. After receiving the product and verifying the existence of the manufacturing defect in one of the order products, FiluFilu will ship another product of identical features at no cost to the User.

If due to lack of availability it is not possible to ship another product of the same characteristics, we will refund the amount paid for the return of the returned product as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days.

 

4.2 Renunciation

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received, the User shall, within the meaning of the General Law for Consumer and Users Protection, have a term of fourteen (14) days to return them without penalty and Without the need to indicate the reasons, although it will have to bear the direct cost of returning the order to FiluFilu. To formalize the return, you must contact FiluFilu at the e-mail address info@filufilu.com by submitting the completed withdrawal form that is attached to these Terms and Conditions as ATTACHED 1. Once this notice has been received, FiluFilu will indicate how to dispatch the products rendered, which should not have been used and must present all the labels, packaging and any documentation and accessories that originate with the same. Otherwise, FiluFilu reserves the right to refuse the return. The amount paid will be returned as soon as possible and in any case not later than fourteen (14) days after the date on which the User has informed FiluFilu of his decision to renounce the contract.

 

 

5 Service reselling

Users are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of FiluFilu and of its Service without the Owner’s express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a proper reselling program.
